The officers and members of Local 392 take pride in providing our employers with a highly skilled, well trained and drug free workforce.
Skilled Ironworkers are developed – not born. The skill of the all around Journeyman Ironworker is not acquired by a few months on the job, or merely by being in a place where the different job operations are being performed.
Ironworkers Local 392 and the Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (JATC) say education is key to maintaining a highly skilled workforce.

IMPORTANT COVID-19 NEWS
Please be advised that due to the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the precautions to be used to prevent the spread of this virus, we are requiring everyone to wear a mask when entering the hall, and to practice social distancing.
There will be someone at the Hall to answer phones, and members may utilize the drop box at the front of the hall if they need to drop anything off, or pick anything up. We are using things we have put in place over the last 18 months to otherwise keep the Hall running business as usual. We will continue to post updates for our members on our website and Facebook page to keep members informed.
Please call the Hall if you have any questions or concerns. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time for us all, and urge everyone to stay safe, and to take the precautions set forth by our government health officials. Thank you.
